You're so swell
30 ml Lime juice
60 ml Grapefruit juice
15 ml Elderflower syrup
Non-alcoholic beer - to taste
15 ml Aperitivo
Place all the liquid ingredients except the beer into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and then shake vigorously. Double strain into a snifter, and then garnish with a sprig of thyme.
