Spritz of Christmas
Soda water
Cinnamon - to taste
3 Raspberries
15 ml Dry vermouth
15 ml Aperitivo
7.5 ml Amaro
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake vigorously. Double strain, then serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some grated cinnamon.
