120 ml Pineapple juice10 Raspberries15 ml Gin1 dash of Coffee bitters30 ml Aperitivo2 Mint leaves
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and then shake vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass, and garnish with mint and raspberries.
