Becks my Grape
1 Egg
60 ml Grapefruit juice
Non-alcoholic beer - to taste
22 ml Simple syrup
30 ml Amaro
Separate the egg and reserve the yolk for another use. Place the Amaro, grapefruit juice, syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake with, and then without, ice, and then pour into a beer glass. Add some non-alcoholic beer, and then garnish with a sprig of thyme.
