Make a simple syrup in a small saucepan: bring sugar and water to a boil; simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Muddle the blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the simple syrup (30 ml), lemon juice and some ice. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Pour into a stemmed glass and top up with soda.
